Refund & Exchange Policy (Apparel)


Welcome to Verse Siyles — your trusted destination for men’s and women’s apparel. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for clothing, footwear, and accessories.


Return Eligibility & Timeframe

• Return window: 30 days from the delivery date

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resaleable condition

• Tags/packaging: Original tags attached and original packaging included (e.g., branded polybags, shoe boxes)

• Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt is required


Non‑returnable Items (for hygiene/safety reasons)

• Underwear, lingerie, shapewear, socks, and hosiery (if packaging opened)

• Swimwear bottoms (if hygiene seal removed) 

• Customized/monogrammed items and final-sale/clearance products

• Gift cards and digital downloads


Exchanges (Size/Color)

• Free size or color exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock availability

• If the requested variant is unavailable, you may choose a refund to the original payment method or store credit


How to Start a Return

1) Email our support team atramrameshwaram94@gmail.com with your order number and reason (optional) 

2) Receive a Return Authorization (RA) and simple packing instructions

3) Pack securely with tags attached and all accessories included

4) Ship the parcel using a trackable service to the address provided with your RA


Return Shipping Costs

• Customer‑initiated returns (change of mind, size/fit) — return shipping paid by customer

• Our error/defect/damage in transit — we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label


Quality Check & Refunds

• Inspection: 2–3 business days after delivery to our facility

• Refund timing: Issued within 3–7 business days after approval

• Payment method: Refunded to original payment method; store credit available on request

• Deductions: Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error


Fit & Sizing Support

• Unsure about fit? Contact us before ordering for personalized size guidance

• For tailored items (e.g., suit pants with hemming), contact support about eligibility before purchase


Received a Damaged/Incorrect Item?

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll prioritize a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost


International Orders

• Returns are accepted; duties/taxes paid to customs are non‑refundable by us (check with your local authority for potential recovery)
